The University of Navarra offers the Table Tennis school for students and staff of the university who wish to practice this sport modality .

The benefits of this discipline include the stimulation of concentration, the development of vision and eye-ball coordination, the improvement of balance, reflexes and reaction capacity.

Also, for those who already practice the sport, they are offered the possibility of participating in Navarre and regional table tennis tournaments.

Throughout the academic year, internal table tennis tournaments are organized for students and staff of the University.
