The Degree in Pedagogy and Primary Teaching (5 years) aims to train professionals with a broad, comprehensive and flexible preparation, able to face, both in the classroom and outside it, the educational challenges posed by today's society.
What will you
will you learn?
Our goal is for graduates to gain an in-depth knowledge of teaching, guidance and other educational activities that take place beyond the educational centres.
You will learn how to help, guide and train people throughout their lives, and you will know how to intervene effectively when faced with possible learning problems.
You can fill in your training through Master's Degree in Educational and Psychological Intervention (MIEP).
You will be able to obtain the DECA; degree scroll granted by the Spanish Episcopal lecture , which qualifies academically for the teaching religious school.
You will be able to study your Practicum in educational centers outside Spain.
Who is the target audience
the double Degree?
The double Degree in Educatiion and Primary Teaching is aimed at:
Students interested in working as teachers of children from 6 to 12 years old.
They must be able to understand the educational needs of children, as well as the vital contexts in which they develop, collaborating with the Education family. They must also possess study skills, creativity, responsibility and communication skills with people.
Students interested in designing, coordinating and evaluating training programs in various settings (schools, companies, NGOs, associations, etc.), or carrying out school guidance tasks in schools and professional offices.
They must be interested in helping people, through training, counseling and psycho-pedagogical intervention and in different educational and social settings. In this context, students must also possess study skills, research and work.
