work in the selection, training and development of teachers at the International University of La Rioja (UNIR). I coordinate programs that help to enhance the talent and skills of teachers, always looking for continuous improvement in their performance.

Pedagogy has given me an integral vision of Education, which allows me to understand people's needs and design processes that really generate an impact on their professional growth and staff.

I teach several classes in High School (Spanish, Physical Education and Mathematics) and I collaborate as assistant to the principal in management tasks.

The degree program has given me social and international prestige for future hiring and has taught me to carry out my work with professionalism. The values that have been instilled in me at UNAV are not found anywhere else.

I am in charge of the relationship with universities and training centers for the reception of student body interns; the consolidation, follow-up and assessment the training plan of the quarry; and tutorial.

Pedagogy has provided me with a much needed global vision in any professional field, helping me to better understand the people I work with and to serve them in the best possible way.

I always thought I would like to work in Education, but studying the double Degree and doing an internship in the pedagogy area helped me to discover new options.

Thanks to that experience, I realized that what really motivated me was the world of human resources, especially everything related to training and people development .

The double Degree approach gave me a very complete and versatile base, which has allowed me to work in international environments and participate in projects that help people grow within organizations.
