This Master's Degree is intended for students—whether Spanish or foreign—who meet the legal requirements for admission set forth in article 18 of Royal Decree 822/2021 of September 28, 2021, and who hold a prior training in Law or Legal Sciences. To enroll in the official degree programs at Master's Degree , applicants must hold an official Spanish university degree scroll or one issued by a higher education institution Education within the European Higher Education Area Education , which qualifies the holder in the issuing country degree scroll for admission to degree programs Master's Degree. 

Likewise, graduates from educational systems outside the European Higher Education Area ( Education ) may be admitted without the need for equivalency recognition of their degrees, provided the University verifies that such degrees attest to a level of training equivalent to the corresponding official Spanish university degrees that, in the issuing country ( degree scroll ), qualify the holder for admission to graduate programs. Admission through this route shall not, under any circumstances, imply the recognition of the degree scroll held by the applicant, nor shall it be recognized for any purpose other than pursuing studies at Master's Degree. 

Students with specific educational needs resulting from a disability will have an academic coordinator at the admissions process who will assess the need for possible accommodations in the student’s training methods and inform the faculty of any measures that may need to be taken in their case. 

The admissions period for the Master's Degree opens on October 1 of each year and remains open until the start of the academic year at Master's Degree in September of the following year.
