The surveys help the University to have an improvement process based on active listening.
In February 2020 the students of Degree answered the annual survey Satisquestion. From their answers, they highlighted the improvement of the coordination of the subjects. In addition, they asked for other requests, such as more spaces to study and more issue plugs in the classrooms and more lockers; places for car park; more cafeterias and vending machines, more microwaves and places to eat.
The pandemic, confinement and its consequences delayed the implementation of some of these suggestions. The relevant services are currently working to address them.

Due to the confinement and the effects of the pandemic, the University went into non-attendance mode.
During this time, teaching was maintained and the second semester exams could be held on schedule.
With the change of scenario and after the efforts of staff of services, teachers and students, it was necessary to listen to the students again. In May, a new survey was sent in order to evaluate this time and gather positive aspects and proposals for improvement. Study tables have been installed in the corridors of the buildings of campus. A total of 1350 work space have been installed in the open at campus in Pamplona and 216 in San Sebastián, available to students.
In addition, 1000 sockets have been installed in the buildings and the Science Library and the Library Services of the Schools Ecclesiastical have been electrified.

The Libraries service provided students with access to the recommended bibliography from anywhere and at any time. It incorporated at least one degree scroll in digital format in each subject. This project of acquiring books online and making them available to students in ADI will start with the selection of materials by professors.
In line with the University's commitment to sustainable actions and to reduce the consumption of non-recyclable plastic at campus, the vending machines have incorporated Fontvella brand mineral water bottled in 100% recyclable plastic. Sodexo, the business that manages the cafeterias at campus, also joined this sustainability initiative and will offer 100% recyclable plastic bottles of the Bezoya brand.
In addition, the company continues to offer bottled water of the brand AUARAmade from recycled plastic, the purchase of which contributes a percentage to solidarity projects.
On the other hand, the coffee machines have coffee cups made of 100% recyclable paper, as well as a cupless coffee option, to avoid waste generation.
In November, to facilitate the sustainable mobility and with the goal to avoid loss or theft, the University decided to allow access to the buildings by electric scooter.
A new crosswalk on Navarra Avenue, in front of place Félix Huarte, to encourage pedestrian mobility . There will also be a new pedestrian route on the campus that connects to this new crosswalk and facilitates access to the university space.
