Improvements as of Satisquestion 20-21
The surveys help the University to improve through active listening. Each year, there is a general questionnaire in which students evaluate the University and provide ideas and suggestions for further progress.
Here are some of the areas we are currently working on, thanks to your responses to Satisquestion last year. Among them, the improvement of coordination, the change in some schedules, the attention to initiatives, improvements in the teaching and communication of Career Services.
1. Coordination of programs of study and of the course.
In each School there is a programs of study coordinator who, in turn, works with the coordinators of each course. In the Degrees that have teaching by projects, such as in the Schools of ISSA, Architecture or Economics, they are vital to adjust the schedules and the load of work.
In addition, the course coordinator meets with the course committee to know the opinion of the class and manage possible problems. In the School of Medicine this course has been C a new calendar thanks to the suggestions of the students.
2. availability of the teachers
Last academic year, professors recorded 34,249 counseling interviews with students at Degree, in addition to subject tutorials.
3. Attention to initiatives
In 2020-2021, the course delegates and Schools met twice with their centers average . In addition, new channels have been set up to listen to students' initiatives: such as the e-mail address campus@unav.es or the suggestion box at bulletin.

The Quality and Innovation service of the University met with the Schools to propose some innovations on this aspect.

4. Measurement of work from student. Take into account the work prior and subsequent preparation of students when ordering work.
5. Establish channels of communication with students and teachers for the resolution of doubts or problems and also communicate what is expected of them.
6. Propose conference or sessions at the center to share good practices.
7. Think about a future model learning by area of knowledge, or by degree scroll or School.
In addition, each year there is a joint session of the whole University to share good practices of teaching among professors and thus help to improve. The transformative Education is one of the backbones of the University's Strategy 2025. The main goal is that students have a deep learning experience, and are responsible, with depth of thought, critical spirit and international perspective, able to understand work as a service to others and to society. As projects in this area are defined, we will announce them at Campus, the University of Navarra's student bulletin .
5. Employability
Work will be done to inform students about all the possibilities offered by Career Services: internship opportunities and employment through the University's Portal de employment and other platforms; career guidance and staff; training in employability; scholarships and internship programs; and activities that link the university and business worlds. The goal is that students see value in their professional development and take advantage of all the opportunities the University has to offer.
To strengthen employment opportunities in Latin America, and thus respond to the needs of our international graduates, the first Ibero-American meeting youth employment and the first Ibero-American employment virtual fair were organized. Finally, the internship opportunities and employment have been expanded with the contracting of the virtual fairs of employment international Highered.
