1. Positive ratings
academic staff Among the most positive ratings, the survey highlights: the cleanliness of the facilities (4.72 out of 5), the knowledge of the teachers (4.56 out of 5), and the reception (4.51 out of 5).
2. Negative appraisals
Regarding the most negative marks, the survey indicates: the distribution of the volume of work (3.23 out of 5), coordination of the subjects (3.42 out of 5) and adequate timetables (3.55 out of 5); all of these values correspond to the Organization variable of the teaching.
3. Comments
A total of 202 comments were received, of which 167 suggested improvements or conveyed shortcomings, 3 were neutral and 32 praised specific aspects. The subject matter of the comments covers a large issue of aspects of the university community: academic performance, welfare, services and facilities.
