Thanks to your responses to the annual survey Satisquestion, we can learn more about how you see the University and the possible improvements and future lines of work.
This year, survey was conducted in two separate waves, between November 2022 and February 2023. Respondents were from the 2nd, 4th and 6th grades of Degree, and 3rd and 5th grades of Degree dual and bilingual. Out of 4,366 students, 2,570 responded, representing 59%.
In order to better understand the opinion of students about different aspects of the University, in the 2018-19 academic year the Vice-Rectorate for Students launched this annual satisfaction survey . In these 5 years, nearly 12,000 students from Degree have participated in the survey. In addition, nearly 3,000 comments have been received and 20 improvement actions have been promoted.
Below, we highlight the main data of this edition:
1. Positive ratings
Among the most positive ratings, the survey highlights: the cleanliness of the facilities (4.63 out of 5), the knowledge of the teachers (4.44 out of 5) and the Bedrooms (4.37 out of 5).
2. Negative appraisals
Regarding the most negative marks, the survey indicates: volume distribution of work (3.07 out of 5), class schedules (3.21 out of 5), emotional well-being of students (3.24 out of 5) and employability (3.28 out of 5).
3. Comments
This year, the increase of issue of comments received stands out: 756 compared to 468 last year. Of these, 722 are evaluations and proposals for improvement and 34 are positive and appreciative comments. The subject matter of the comments covers a wide range of aspects of the university community: issue : Study program, schedules, employment opportunities, cafeterias and meeting points and other facilities, copy center and mental health.
Balance of project
The project Satisquestion was launched five years ago. During this time, some improvements have been implemented, thanks to the comments and suggestions received. Starting next year, a new survey will be launched for students.
