Royal Decree 109/2010 of 5 February 2010, transfers the responsibility in subject from training from the competent administrations to the food business operators, who will have to accredit, in the official control visits, that the food handlers working in them have received an adequate training for the tasks entrusted to them.

Our team professor offers companies training courses for food handlers and issues a certificate accrediting that the attendees have acquired the knowledge imparted in the course.

• Application of Good Hygiene Practice Guidelines in commercial kitchens.
