The University of Navarra has a Internal Quality Assurance System (IQAS) whose goal is to systematize the review and improvement of the degrees it offers. The SAIC includes the planning and design of the educational offerings, the review and assessment of its development and decision making for continuous improvement. The SAIC also contributes to compliance with the regulatory requirements for verification, monitoring and accreditation of official degrees.

The School of Pharmacy and Nutrition has a Quality Assurance Committee, which is a delegated body of the board Board of Directors for the development of the Internal Quality Assurance System on the School.
