Postdoctoral position at the ATLANTES Global Observatory of Palliative Care

The Institute for Culture and Society (ICS, University of Navarra) selects a postdoctoral candidate for three academic years (extendable), starting in September 2022.
The selected candidate will join the research team of the ATLANTES Global Observatory of Palliative Care. The Observatory has three strands of research: intangible values, global monitoring of development of Palliative Care and the PC message. The area intangible values of Palliative Care has several research projects underway. In this case, the candidate will be dedicated to a new European project and would collaborate on others.
The main task will be to plan and guide the collection of data (mostly qualitative) and subsequent analysis of them. In addition, the selected candidate will have the opportunity to provide new ideas and contribute to the research portfolio at group.
→ Demonstrated experience in qualitative methods and research international.
→ doctorate in Health Sociology, Health Psychology or Health Sciences.
→ Be in the first 4 years of the degree program researcher (considered from the moment of obtaining the doctorate).
→ Previous experience in research; demonstrated ability to publish in indexed journals.
→ Good command of language English (written and spoken).
→ Basic knowledge of Spanish is recommended.
→ Three-year position, extendable annually, subject to performance reviews.
→ The candidate will be hired as a postdoctoral researcher , with a salary commensurate with their qualifications and experience.

→ Integration in a team of research multidisciplinary at contact with the clinical reality and with excellent international connections.
