Álvaro González Alonso

Álvaro González Alonso (Madrid (1981) was ordained a priest in 2013 and is incardinated in the Prelature of the Holy Cross and Opus Dei.

graduate in Law with Diploma in Economic Law from the University of Navarra (2003). graduate (2008) and PhD in Canon Law (2013) from the Pontificia Università della Santa Croce (Rome), where he taught Canon Marriage Law (2015-2019) and where he was also Vicedirettore del Centro di Studi Giuridici sulla Famiglia (2016-2019).
He is a Lawyer of the Roman Rota and a member of the association Spanish Canonists.
In 2019 he joined the University of Navarra, where he is currently Associate Professor of Matrimonial Law at the School of Canon Law and professor at the Master's Degree in Marriage and Family offered by the high school of Family Sciences.

Jordi Bosch degree programProfessor Bosch is a native of Barcelona. He began his programs of study of licentiate degree in Canon Law in Rome, at the Pontifical University of the Holy Cross. He defended his doctoral thesis at the School of Canon Law of the University of Navarra in 2001. That same year, on 6 October, he was ordained a priest in Rome.

Since 2001 he has been teaching at the School of Canon Law of the University of Navarra in the subjects of Canon Marriage Law, Canon Jurisprudence and Latin.

Javier Escrivá IvarsJavier Escrivá Ivars is Doctor in Law and Lic. in Canon Law, Lawyer and Full Professor of University. Academic C. of the Royal Academy of Jurisprudence and Legislation. Director of the high school of Sciences for the Family and Director of the Master in Marriage and Family.

He is also a member of the committee of Direction of the "yearbook de Historia de la Iglesia e researcher of the high school Martín de Azpilcueta and Visiting Professor of the School of Canon Law of the University of Navarra. He is a lecturer at the Master's Degree University in Human Rights, Peace and Sustainable development ; at the Master's Degree University in Mediation, Arbitration and management of Conflicts in Private Law and at the Master's Degree of the Law Faculty of the University of Valencia.

He has been a Member of the committee Directive of the Consociatio Internationalis Studio Iuris Canonici Promovendo, Member of the committee publishing house of Eunsa, Editor-in-Chief of the Journal Persona y Derecho and Professor at the Universities of Navarra, Autónoma de Madrid and Jaume I of Castellón. Since 1990 he is Full Professor of Canon Law and State Ecclesiastical Law at the University of Valencia where he continues his work School of Law professor and research.

Beatriz Castillo AlbarránBeatriz Castillo holds a degree (1997) and a PhD in Law from this University (2002). She studied the Master's Degree in Educational Centre Management at the Villanueva University Centre (attached to the Complutense University), in 2005.

She has been associate lecturer at the University of Zaragoza (1999/2000) and director of high school de Fomento Las Acacias (from 2001 to 2008). She is currently deputy director of high school Core Curriculum . She is also associate lecturer at School and coordinator of specialization program in Canon Marriage Law.

Felipe Heredia EstebanDoctorate from the School of Canon Law of the University of Navarra. Appointed by Benedict XVI as prelate auditor of the Tribunal of the Roman Rota (2011). He was ordained priest in Rome (1987) by Pope John Paul II.

Monsignor Heredia belongs to the Diocese of Calahorra and La Calzada-Logroño, where he served as Secretary of the Ecclesiastical Tribunal from 1992 to 1999, when he was appointed Judicial Vicar of the diocese. In 2007 he left position to become a judge of the Tribunal de la Rota of the Apostolic Nunciature in Madrid. In Logroño he also served as teaching of the Canon Law at seminar, from 1994 to 2005.

Carlos Manuel Morán BustosDoctor in Canon Law from the University of the Holy Cross, Doctor in Law from the Complutense University. Dean of the Tribunal of the Rota of the Spanish Nunciature; Director of the Rotal Study of the aforementioned Tribunal; Adjunct Professor of the School of the Canon Law of the University of Comillas and the University of Navarra; Professor at the specialist program in Matrimonial Causes of the University San Pablo-CEU and at the Complutense University. Chaplain at high school Mater Salvatoris in Madrid.

Gerardo Núñez Gonzálezgraduate in Civil Law from the Complutense University of Madrid (Spain) and PhD in Canon Law from the University of Navarra.

Professor at School of Canon Law of the University of Navarra since 1998. He has taught the subjects of Canon Patrimonial Law and Philosophy del Derecho and Procedural Law Canon Law.

Lines of research. He is currently doing research at Procedural Law in the fields of the special rules of the penal skill of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith and the new procedural reform in the field of matrimonial law.

Publications. They focus on the subjects of Criminal Law, judicial competences of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, procedural aspects of the Supreme Tribunal of the Apostolic Signatura and on the reform of marriage procedure.

José María PardoProfessor of Moral Theology attached to the department of Systematic Theology of the School of Theology of the University of Navarra (September 2015). Doctor in Medicine (Bioethics) (2009) from the Istituto di Bioetica. Facoltà di Medicina e Chirurgia "Agostino Gemelli". Catholic University of the Sacred Heart. Rome. Italy.

Lines of research:

> Human conception". In particular, some questions concerning contraception and financial aid to fertility.
> Ethical issues surrounding "unborn human life".

He is the author or co-editor of several monographs and numerous articles in scientific journals and collective works.

Jorge PlaHe was born in Barcelona. He studied Medicine at the University of Navarra ( degree program ), did the specialization program in Psychiatry at Clínica Universidad de Navarra (CUN) in 1994, and obtained his PhD in Medicine in 2003. Married, father of five children, he is Adjunct Professor of Psychiatry of the School of Medicine since 2003 and in the School of Canon Law he is professor in charge of the subject of Elements of canonical forensic psychiatry since the academic year 2006-2007.

In 1994 he was hired as a Clinical partner at the department of Psychiatry and Medical Psychology of the CUN, in 2004 he was appointed consultant and has been Co-Director of the aforementioned department from April 2005 to May 2012. For 18 years he has been the manager of the Psychiatric Hospitalisation Unit at department. Since June 2015 he has been attending an outpatient enquiry .

Member of the Spanish Society of Psychiatry, of the Spanish Society of Biological Psychiatry, board member of the board Board of the Spanish Society of Psychogeriatrics, President of the Basque-Navarre Society of Psychiatry, member of the American Association for Geriatric Psychiatry, of the International Psychogeriatric Association, and of the International College for Geriatric Psychoneuropharmacology, and Vice-President of the Forum of research and teaching for the Quality of Life in Elderly People.

Activity in the Ecclesiastical Courts: Since 1991 she has been handling Marriage Nullity Cases; Judge of the Metropolitan Tribunal of Braga since 1999; Defender of the Bond in the Interdiocesan Tribunal of Vilareal (2010-2013); Judge of the Ecclesiastical Tribunal of Porto (2011-2017); Member of the Portuguese Association of Canonists and of the Spanish Association of Canonists association . Lecturer at the Master of Canon Law, Portuguese Catholic University (2015-2016).

Associate Professor at School of Canon Law of the University of Navarra, she teaches Canon Law at School, and Human Rights and Family Rights at Master's Degree of Marriage and Family at high school of Family Sciences.
