The School of Communication of the University of Navarra is a pioneer in Spain in offering programs of study university programs in Communication. In addition to Degrees and postgraduate programs, it offers specialization itineraries and bilingual programs with exchanges in almost 100 Schools partners on five continents. Fcomunav is the first Spanish university and Top 100 worldwide according to QS by Subject 2024.
What we teach
Since the launch of its Degree in Journalism in 1958, the mission of School Communication has been to pursue excellence in teaching and research, coupled with a deep commitment to service. The School has four Departments, an academic journal (Communication & Society) and a research centre on Internet studies and digital life (@digitalunav). In addition, it recently launched the first postdoctoral programme in communication in Spain.
What we research
Aware that digital communication is transforming contemporary societies, impacting on social relations, politics, journalism and business. For more than twenty years, School has been researching these transformations from different points of view and with different methodologies, within a strategic line that analyses and proposes new models that can be used to explore new sustainable horizons in the field of communication.
