One of the priorities of School of Communication is to promote the professional development of its students. contact Its goal is to provide students and graduates with a first contact with the professional world and a successful integration into the labour market.

Throughout their studies, students will have the opportunity to receive professional orientation, training in professional skills and preparation to pass selection processes.

Professional_Outlets_Deployable

The audiovisual industry demands versatile professionals in the field of content creation and management. The Degree in Audiovisual Communication seeks to meet this demand and offers a wide variety of employment opportunities that combine creative and management skills.

As a whole, it trains students to produce audiovisual content in its different modalities: fiction films, documentary films, TV series, entertainment programmes, 3D animations, video games, music videos or institutional video.

From the point of view of professional profiles, the Degree places greater emphasis on the training of scriptwriters, director-directors and producers.

The Degree in Marketing trains professionals with a global vision of business, capable of developing management and consultancy functions for the analysis of markets and the development of strategies, brand management and communication in companies and institutions, all with professional ethics that guarantee good practices and fundamental rights.

The analysis of the environment and the consumer, the study of the product portfolio and the positioning of business and its brands, as well as quantitative and qualitative techniques and instruments for market research and decision making are areas in which his professional development is consolidated.  

Technological innovations have reshaped the landscape of Public Communication for both media and organisations. The multiplication of channels has opened up new fields for the practice of journalism, inside and outside the media.

Beyond the media, journalists today manage the content, brands and reputations of multiple organisations.

Beyond traditional storytelling, journalists today design and produce interactive documentaries and transmedia specials, manage online networks and communities, and drive new ventures such as fact-checking agencies, transmedia production companies and startups at data analysis.
