How do I activate my account?

If your password has expired, this is your first time logging in, or you have been asked to change your password at order , you will see the following screen after entering your credentials. If you have forgotten your password, click here. here.

Click on link change your password, which will take you to the next screen:

Select the option that most closely matches your case and enter your University of Navarra e-mail address, for example, tu_correo@unav.es, tu_correo@alumni.unav.es, or tu_correo@external.unav.es.

Once entered, press Submit and the following form will be displayed:

Enter your current password (the one you entered when trying to log in) and the new password you would like to have at form . Once you have filled in the fields correctly, the Submit button will appear. Click on the Submit button, and you will receive a message indicating that your password has been successfully updated. If so, you can continue using the different services.
