PhD in Communication Sciences from the University Jaume I of Castellón. Master's Degree University degree in new trends and innovation processes in communication. graduate in Psychology from the Complutense University of Madrid. PDD ( development executive program) from IESE.

He began his professional career at degree program as a Qualitative and Quantitative Market Technician at research Alef, Strategic Planning at J. Walter Thompson and partner director at Millward Brown International in Spain and Portugal until 1998. In 1998 he joined Argentaria in the Strategic Analysis Unit, in the General Administration of the area of Presidency and Risks. In BBVA in January 2000 she joined area Global Communication and Brand, being manager of different functions (brand, identity, reputation, metrics, advertising corporate etc.). Until February 2011 she is Director of Communication Strategy of group BBVA, with global responsibility for brand, reputation and metrics. Since April 2011 she is Director General and University Secretary of the Corporate Excellence Foundation - Centre for Reputation Leadership.

He is co-author of Atrapados por el consumo and Reputación Corporativa; he has written numerous articles in publications of reference letter and is a professor partner of universities and business schools of international prestige; he is also Honorary Professor of the University of Malaga.
