Virginia Garde López (Madrid, 1965) has a degree in Geography and History - Art History - and Master's Degree in Museology from the Complutense University of Madrid, Specialist in Public Communication by the high school National for Public Administrations, and a civil servant of the Optional Corps of Museum Curators.

She has worked at the Ministry of Culture and Sport, where she has held various positions, mainly related to advising museological plans and their communication and dissemination programs, the research of audiences, and the creation of information tools on museums, highlighting the coordination of projects such as the laboratory Permanent Museum Audience, the directory of Museums and Collections of Spain, the Ibero-American Observatory of Museums or the Register of Ibero-American Museums.
