goal of the contest

The purpose of the competition is to promote innovation and digital transformation within the University by development that incorporate artificial intelligence (AI) to optimize processes, reduce costs, and create new capabilities across the University’s various centers and services.
We invite all schools and educational institutions to identify specific challenges in their areas of skill propose AI-based solutions that deliver tangible and sustainable value. These solutions may be aimed at improving operational efficiency, enhancing the educational experience, or advancing research.
Contest Categories

These categories allow a fair assessment and recognize the diversity of approaches in the application of artificial intelligence:
Academic Transformation: Projects that integrate AI to improve teaching, learning or academic management .
management assistant optimization: Solutions that use AI to automate and optimize administrative and operational processes.
Innovation in research: AI applications that enhance research capabilities, from data analysis to hypothesis generation.
evaluation criteria

Each project will be evaluated on the basis of the following criteria, with a maximum score of 100 points:
Impact and Relevance (30 points): assessment of the project 's potential to generate significant benefits in its scope of application.
Technical Feasibility and Sustainability (30 points): Analysis of the technical feasibility of the project and its capacity to maintain and evolve over time.
multidisciplinarity and partnership (15 points): Integration of different disciplines and partnership between different Departments or entities will be considered.
presentation Communication (15 points): Clarity, coherence, and effectiveness in the presentation project, both in written and oral formats.
Innovation and Originality (10 points): The novelty of the proposal and its capacity to offer creative solutions to existing problems will be evaluated.
