The mobile has become an extension of our body, always glued to our hand. In Spain, the average person spends about 5 hours and 45 minutes a day on the screen, much of that time is absorbed by social networks. Is there a reason why we shy away from the digital world for so long? Zarella Benate, a PPE student at the University of Navarra, spends about 9 hours a day connected to her cell phone. In this documentary, we challenge her to disconnect completely from social networks for an entire week: 168 hours without likes, posts or notifications. What happens when she leaves the digital noise behind to explore the silence of the real?

Ten years later, she was diagnosed with anorexia, did 300 sit-ups every night and reached a weight of 28 kilos.
