Compete against your peers in a global market

In the second year of Degree Marketing, as subject management subject , students spend the entire semester working on the Marketplace Strategic Marketing simulation. This is an ongoing exercise in marketing decision-making, rich in tactical details, conducted through a computer simulation.

Students, organized into group the functions of a business, are placed in a highly realistic international business environment, where they manage a marketing division over the course of eight simulated quarters—eight rounds of decision-making. Students face uncertainty stemming from external conditions, the decisions of other groups operating in their market (their classmates), and their own decisions. Gradually, they learn to skillfully adjust their strategy as they discover the effects of their proposals in a quasi-real status . The simulation progresses in tandem with the topics covered in class and the feedback groups receive after each decision-making round, and requires a time commitment of 20 to 30 hours of work student.
