My university does not have agreement

If your university does not have an agreement the School of Science and Business, you can apply for as a free mover. This program allows you to study for a semester an academic year the University of Navarra, with you manager paying the enrollment. Once you have completed your stay, you will receive an certificate that allows you to transfer the credits you have earned back to your home university.

For apply for admission to this programme, please follow the steps below:

1. Contact the Office of International Office at your university to make sure that the 'free mover' credits can be validated.

2. Please contact the Office of International Relations at the School of Science and Business at the University of Navarra via email atintrel-eco@unav.esto confirm your intention to enroll in this program.

3. For apply for admission as an exchange student is required:

   • Fill in the online registration form form

   • A scanned passport photo subject

   • The scanned passport

   • Health insurance

Deadlines for nominations are as follows:

• 1 April 2021 for 1st semester and the whole year

• 15 September 2021 for 2nd semester

Application deadlines are as follows:

• 1 May 2021 for 1st semester and the whole year

• 15 October 2021 for 2nd semester
