Students who meet the requirements of requirements and are enrolled in the courses listed below are eligible to participate in the exchange programs:

• Human Nutrition and Dietetics: 3º, 4º.

• Double Degree Pharmacy and Human Nutrition and Dietetics: 6º.

- Be enrolled in 2nd or higher grade at the time of apply for place .

- Have the required language level at the universities where you are applying for place. The level required at each university is detailed in the document Destinationsprovisional).

apply for • Have a GPA ( grade )average of 6.5 or higher. Students who do not meet this requirement may submit a request for a GPA adjustment ( written request ) through the academic administration section ofthe MiUNAV portal( portal ) by January 10. Each case will be reviewed individually.

• At apply for and place, students in the 2nd grade must not have more than 9 ECTS credit failing grades from previous years, and students in the 3rd and 5th grades must not have more than 12 (Double Degree).

- Not to be enrolled in any subject in a session higher than the 4th at the time of apply for the admission.

- The students of Diploma of Sports Nutrition will be able to leave the first semester of 4th grade.

• Have no more than 12 ECTS credit suspended at the time of participating in the exchange program (June 2027).

Students must demonstrate, at the time of the “ application ,” that they meet the minimum English proficiency level ( language ) required by the selected universities. The required level for each university is detailed in this document (provisional). English proficiency certificates must have been issued no more than 2 years prior to September 2027.

In the case of Italian and/or Portuguese, it is not necessary to prove the language level for the award. However, the selected student must demonstrate the level of proficiency required by the host university at the time of enrollment.

• October 26: Information session led by the faculty's academic coordinators.

• Before January 10: submission of the application provisional (required but not binding).

• January 14: " procedure " session by application.

• January 18–24: Official “ application ” period via MiUNAV.

• February 4: Notification of assigned destination.

• February 7: Deadline for accepting or rejecting the place.

• February 8: Runoff election

• February 9: Acceptance or rejection of the place.

• February 10: End of the process.
