Since its foundation in 1964, the School 's goal has been to train people capable of implementing new initiatives in the fields of health, pharmaceutical and food industry, and biomedical research .
Aware that the realization of an exchange in another country is a very enriching experience for the student's development staff , the School offers a wide range of international agreements that allow both study exchanges and internships in international centers.

To carry out an exchange programs of study in another country is a very enriching experience for the student's development staff : the exchange cultural experiences favors integration in an increasingly global world. Moreover, this subject of experiences are highly valued by companies and can be a differential factor in the development of the professional degree program
Pharmacy
Students who meet the requirements of requirements and are enrolled in the courses listed below are eligible to participate in the exchange programs:

Pharmacy: 3rd, 4th and 5th grades

Double Degree Pharmacy and Human Nutrition and Dietetics: 3º, 4º and 5º.
- Be enrolled in 2nd or higher grade at the time of apply for place .
- Have the required language level at the universities where you are applying for place. The level required at each university is detailed in the document Destinationsprovisional).
- Have a grade average equal or higher than 6.5. Students who do not meet this requirement may apply for a written request through academic management in theMiUNAV portal , before January 10. Each case will be studied on a case-by-case basis.
- When apply for the place, students must not have more than 9 ECTS credit failed from previous courses for 2nd year students, or more than 12 for 3rd and 5th year students.
- Not to be enrolled in any subject in a session higher than the 4th at the time of apply for the admission.
- Not to have more than 12 ECTS credit suspended at the time of participating in the exchange program (June 2026).
Students must prove at the time of application that they have the minimum language level required by the selected universities. The level required by each university is detailed in this document (provisional). English diplomas must not be older than 2 years as of January 2026.
In the case of Italian and/or Portuguese, it is not necessary to prove the language level for the award. However, the selected student must demonstrate the level of proficiency required by the host university at the time of enrollment.

The School of Pharmacy and Nutrition offers to its partner Institutions a variety of programsspecifically designed for international students. The main goal of these programs is to give the student an unforgettable experience.
EXCHANGE PROGRAM
The international student who participates in this Exchange Program will take regular subjects of the School's curriculum. Knowledge of Spanish language is required to participate in this program.
RESEARCH PROGRAM
This program gives the international students the opportunity of developingduring several months, and under the supervision of a tutor, a research project in a department of the School of Pharmacy.
No knowledge of Spanish language is required.

ROTATION PLACEMENTS
Also, in order to help the international students to have an easier adaptation to the easier adaptation, we have created a Buddy Program: a group of students that help international students to integrate into the University.
