The general goal of project AMAR is to identify the keys to marital success through a study conducted with soon-to-be-married couples. The aim is to find out what factors contribute to stability and happiness in marriage in order to help young people build a happy marital relationship.
This project has the following specific objectives:
→ Implement a prospective and dynamic multipurpose cohort study to study the determinants of marital success.
→ Design baseline and follow-up questionnaires about the couple's relationship, premarital and marital characteristics and circumstances to explore antecedents to marital success.
→ With the results of the study, make recommendations for remote and proximate preparation of young people before marriage in order to facilitate marital success.
