Today's young people are facing adulthood in an uncertain and changing social context.
Education no Education guarantees access to work , well-paid work . Precariousness is an increasingly common experience, and young people are becoming independent later in life. Although many wish to marry and have children, these life transitions are delayed as they wait for economic stability and staff never materializes. final, more and more young people are reaching the age of 30 without having fulfilled their personal and professional aspirations. Drawing on sociology, demography, Economics, and psychology, we seek to identify the structural constraints that limit young people’s life trajectories, as well as to explore the skills that enable the development of a mature identity capable of successfully facing the challenges of adulthood.
