COINCIDENCE OF EXAMS
If the examination date of a subject of the institute of modern languages coincides with another subject of a Degree or Master's Degree, or if there is a professional incompatibility, the student must inform the professor at least 15 days before the beginning of the examination period. In case of doubt, it is recommended to talk to the professor of the subject.
RE-SIT EXAMINATION PERIOD
The institute of modern languages courses do not have a re-sit examination period.
Exception: Students taking a language as part of their Degree or graduate Study program have access to the re-sit examination period both to make up the subject and to improve their grade.
Students who so request may be assessed at re-sit examination period, even if they have passed subject that year. To do so, they must submit a written request to sit this exam at least 5 days before the start of the exam period. Likewise, if they finally wish to cancel their application, they can do so by means of another written request, also up to 5 days before the start of the exams.
The final grade will be that of re-sit examination period, even if it is lower than the one obtained previously.
