The enrollment is done through the new miUNAV portal , designed to make the whole process more accessible and convenient than before.
📌 We recommend using biometrics, as it greatly simplifies access and enrollment.
📌 Before enrolling, check the timetables to make sure you choose the course that best suits you. Each subject has a specific schedule and, in some languages, there is more than one option at the same level. +
* If you are an employee of the University of Navarra and wish to benefit from the FUNDAE discount , it is mandatory that you complete the following form form of acceptance of clauses.
ARE YOU studentYOUR LAST enrollment DID YOU DO IT IN 2025?
If you enrolled after January 2025, you will receive a self-enrollment quotation by e-mail so that you only have to select the course you want to take.
IS YOUR enrollment FROM BEFORE 2025ARE YOU CHANGING YOUR degree program ?
If you enrolled before January 2025 in the previous platform, or you want to take a different degree program (for example, you were previously in Languages: English and now you want Cambridge Preparation Courses), you will have to enrollment again in that degree program. To do this, portal the myUNAV portal and select the degree program you are interested in.
test LEVEL
The test level test is compulsory for official exam preparation courses, first time enrolments in language (level A2 onwards) at the UNAV and students who retake language after 2 semesters. It is not necessary for students who are going to take a continuation of the previous semester and in case of having an official certification of less than two years. +
SCHEDULES
enquiry dates and times on the website. Be sure of the name of the course, there are languages and levels that have more than one group. +
ADMISSION
You must apply for admission to the degree program of the language through the myUNAVportal . This step is done only once. In subsequent courses, you will proceed directly to step 4.
If you are not a student or former student of the University of Navarra, you must also attach a passport-size photograph and your National Identity Card.
enrollment AND PAYMENT
Once you have completed your admission, you will be able to make the enrollment and payment (if applicable) for the courses you wish to take. The payment of the enrollment is made with card of credit in the same portal myUNAV.

- Employees and teachers: 75%.
- Retired employees and teachers: 75%.
- Family employee (children or spouses of employees): 50%.
- University of Navarra students: 25%.
- visiting professor: 25%
- University of Navarra Alumni: 12%.
