Aware that the realization of an exchange in another country is a very enriching experience for the student's development staff , the School offers a wide range of international agreements that allow both study exchanges and internships in international centers.

To carry out an exchange programs of study in another country is a very enriching experience for the student's development staff : the exchange cultural experiences favors integration in an increasingly global world. Moreover, this subject of experiences are highly valued by companies and can be a differential factor in the development of the professional degree program

Pharmacy

Students who meet the requirements of requirements and are enrolled in the courses listed below are eligible to participate in the exchange programs:

  • Pharmacy: 3rd, 4th and 5th grades

  • Double Degree Pharmacy and Human Nutrition and Dietetics: 3º, 4º and 5º.

- Have an academic transcript equal or higher than 6.5. It is possible that some universities require a higher minimum grade .

- Have the level of language required in the universities where you are applying place as of January 2025. The level required at each university is detailed in this document. document.

- Not to have more than two subjects in the 3rd call.

- Not to be enrolled in any subject in 5th convocation or higher at the time of apply for the Admissions Office.

- Do not be student intern during the course in which you participate in the exchange.

- At the time of starting the program at exchange not have more than two failed subjects (June 2025).

Students must prove at the time of application that they have the minimum level of language required by the selected universities. The level required by each university is detailed in this document (provisional). English diplomas must not be older than 2 years as of January 2025.

In the case of Italian and Portuguese, it is not necessary to prove the level of language at the time of apply for admission. However, the student who has been selected must demonstrate the proficiency required by the host University at the time of formalizing the enrollment.

 

On November 4, the academic coordinators of School will give an informative session in which the available positions will be indicated. They will also inform about the criteria that will be taken into account when selecting candidates.

Before November 15 the student must complete an application provisional through a form. This application is required, but not binding.

The official period of application will begin on January 17 and end on January 21. The application will be carried out through the portal MyUNAV. In a session to be held in January, before the deadline for application, the operation of form will be explained in detail.

Once the deadline for submitting applications has been completed, a ranking will be made in order of transcript.

The assigned destination will be announced on January 31. Students will have until February 3 to accept or reject the place. On February 4th there will be a second round. Students must accept or reject the place on February 5. The process will be finalized on February 6.

Human Nutrition and Dietetics

Students who meet the requirements of requirements and are enrolled in the courses listed below are eligible to participate in the exchange programs:

  • Human Nutrition and Dietetics: 3º, 4º.

  • Double Degree Pharmacy and Human Nutrition and Dietetics: 6º.

- Be enrolled in 2nd or higher grade at the time of apply for place .

- Have the level of language required in the universities where you are applying place. The level required at each university is detailed in the document "Destinations" (provisional).

- Have a grade average equal or higher than 6.5.

- Not to have more than 9 ECTS credit failed courses from previous years for 2nd year students, or more than 12 for 3rd and 5th year students.

- Not to be enrolled in any subject in a session higher than the 4th at the time of apply for the admission.

- The students of Diploma of Sports Nutrition will be able to leave the first semester of 4th grade.

- Not to have more than two failed subjects at the time of participating in the program at exchange.

EXCHANGE PROGRAM

The international student who participates in this Exchange Program will take regular subjects of the School's curriculum. Knowledge of Spanish language is required to participate in this program.

RESEARCH PROGRAM

This program gives the international students the opportunity of developingduring several months, and under the supervision of a tutor, a research project in a department of the School of Pharmacy

No knowledge of Spanish language is required.

Also, in order to help the international students to have an easier adaptation to the easier adaptation, we have created a Buddy Program: a group of students that help international students to integrate into the University.
