Students who meet the requirements of requirements and are enrolled in the courses listed below are eligible to participate in the exchange programs:

Degrees:
- Biology: 3rd and 4th grades
- Biochemistry : 3rd and 4th grades
- Chemistry: 3rd and 4th grades
- Environmental Science: 3rd grade

Doubles Degrees:
- Chemistry and Biochemistry : 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th grades
- Biology and Environmental Sciences: 3rd and 4th grades

Sciences Business Program: 3rd

• Have an academic transcript equal or higher than 6.5. It is possible that some universities require a higher minimum grade .

• Have the required level of language at the universities to which you are applying place as of January 2027. The level required by each university is detailed in the “Destinations” document (provisional).

• Not to have more than two subjects in the 3rd call.

• Not to be enrolled in any subject in 5th convocation or higher at the time of apply for admission.

• SBP and Environmental Science students may only participate in 3rd grade.

• Students in the Dual- Degree 's program in Biology and Environmental Sciences will not be able to participate in 5th grade starting in the 2028–2029 school year.

• At the time of starting the program at exchange , students must not have more than two failed courses (June 2027).

When taking the application , students must demonstrate that they meet the minimum language level required by the selected universities. This level is specified in this document (provisional). English proficiency certificates must have been issued no more than 2 years prior to September 2027.

• October 23: Information session led by the faculty's academic coordinators.

• Before November 10: submission of the application provisional (required but not binding).

• January 15: " procedure " session at application.

• January 18–24: Official registration period for “ application ” through MiUNAV.

• Ranking compiled by transcript. 

• February 4: Notification of assigned destination.

• February 7: Deadline for accepting or rejecting the place.

• February 8: Runoff election

• February 9: Acceptance or rejection by the place.

• February 10: End of the process.
