The line of research, eminently interdisciplinary, is interested in the global impact of assisted human reproduction and analyzes the influence of the techniques at the individual (development organic and psychological) and social levels. It pays special attention to how biomedical interventions affect the development of the embryo and the health of children born through the techniques, bearing in mind the dissemination of knowledge to inform specialists and empower the population and thus enable a free exercise and manager in subject of reproduction. The line is born with the vocation of influencing health policies that promote a transition in the understanding of the embryo from object to patient in the field of assisted reproduction.
