Well-being effects of a program on purpose staff designed for youths
In recent years, the research has paid a lot of attention to purpose staff and corporate. However, not much attention has been given to the integration of the two. The thesis entitled'Effects of purpose staff andthe connection with organizational purpose on individual well-being of young adults' aims to analyze the effects of purpose staff and its connection with organizational purpose on individual well-being of young adults. The project will be developed in four stages:

development of an online workshop to help young adults discover and define their purpose staff . This workshop will be designed following a literature review and focus group with experts to identify the elements core topic to be taken into account to develop a successful online workshop on the purpose staff

Workshop validation and empirical study with a sample of young adults of various nationalities to analyze the effects on the individual well-being of participants

This workshop will be designed following in-depth interviews with experts who will identify the elements core topic to be taken into account to develop a successful online workshop on the connection between purpose staff and purpose organizational .
