Heart and reason: exploring the world of emotions
with Mariano Crespo, Full Professor of Philosophy
Have you ever wondered if you really know what you feel? How suffering, sadness and other feelings can help us grow, according to various philosophical traditions? Are our emotions purely individual or are they conditioned by the society in which we live?
In the next chapter, we will reflect on emotions and affectivity from a philosophical point of view. We will discover whether emotions define or limit us, whether they influence our rational decisions, or what role they play in our ethics and human relationships.
We will do so with Mariano Crespo, Full Professor of Philosophy at the University of Navarra.
