IV National workshop of the faculty of the Degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics

Dear Colleagues,
As coordinator of the committee Organizer and on behalf of the entire team, we would like to welcome you to the IV National workshop of the faculty of the Degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics. On this occasion it will be held at the School of Pharmacy and Nutrition of the University of Navarra (Pamplona) on the following days June 13 and 14, 2024.

We remain faithful to the motto of previous editions "Innovating towards excellence" and we continue our commitment to make the faculty conference a meeting where teachers from the largest possible issue of universities exchange ideas and experiences with the goal of contributing to optimize the comprehensive training of future dietitians-nutritionists.

development We have worked and we have been involved to the maximum to present you an attractive program of great scientific interest with round tables, oral communications and posters exhibition on topics such as the integration of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in the teaching, the training of the dietitian-nutritionist beyond the curriculum and competences or the innovation professor in the Degree. Likewise, we would like to present the largest possible issue of communications, as well as the best Final Papers Degree that will be awarded by the lecture Spanish Association of Deans of Human Nutrition and Dietetics. In addition, this workshop will be the framework for a small tribute to the first board Directive of the lecture.

COMMUNICATIONS AND WORK END OF DEGREE

The submission of papers is open to professors and professionals in the field of nutrition and dietetics, and to students and recent graduates, who may submit their Final Thesis Degree. In this case, each member university of the lecture will be in charge of selecting the best work among the TFG of their students. In this edition, with the aim of making visible and rewarding academic excellence in subject of Final Projects Degree among the students of Degree of Human Nutrition and Dietetics of the Spanish universities, the I edition of the Awards of the lecture Spanish Deans of Human Nutrition and Dietetics to the best Final Projects Degree of Human Nutrition and Dietetics is announced.

Abstracts for both papers and TFGs should be sent to farmacia@unav.es before April 30 in Word format in Spanish or English, the official languages of the workshop.

Rules for the summary of communications

→ Please indicate degree scroll of work, the authors' affiliation and the e-mail address of the author who will defend the work.

→ The maximum length of abstracts may not exceed 3500 characters with spaces (with a minimum of 900) in size 11 and source CALIBRI with 1.5 line spacing.

→ Between 2 and 4 words will be included core topic (maximum 140 characters).

→ Communications should include: introduction, objectives, material and methods, results and conclusions.

Standards for the summary of the work End of Degree

→ Fill in and send Annexes I and II that appear in the instructions of the call for applications.

Information on the committee Scientific

→ The Scientific committee will send notification on the acceptance or not of the work received. The abstracts accepted for presentation will be published in the Book of Abstracts of the workshop. Likewise, once the work has been accepted by the Scientific committee , and within an appropriate period of time, you will be informed of the day, time and place, where the presentation will be held.

→ The committee Scientific Committee will select the 5 best papers that will be defended in the oral communications session. In the case of the TFG, the committee Scientific Committee will select the 5 best papers presented that will be defended at the roundtable Final Project Session Degree. The rest of the papers and TFG will be presented as poster.

Defense of the work

→ Oral communications and selected TFG. The time of presentation will be 8 minutes plus 2 minutes for discussion.

→ poster. The dimensions of the poster will be 119 cm high by 84 cm wide (size A0). In the upper part of the paper, the following data will appear in order: degree scroll authors (underlining the name of the manager of the defense of the same) and institution. All subject graphics can be used. For its presentation and discussion, the author manager of its defense will have to be next to its work to explain it or to clarify the aspects of the work to the assistants in the moment established for such purpose and will have 2 minutes for its presentation. The schedule of the public session will be communicated to the interested parties, once the work has been accepted.

This workshop is organized by the School of Pharmacy and Nutrition of the University of Navarra. Our headquarters are located at Sciences Building. Irunlarrea Street, 1 (31008 Pamplona).
