How to Overcome Crises in Teams?
We were joined by José R. Pin, Professor Emeritus IESE Business School, for a session focused on management and team leadership. Through the analysis of a case study, participants reflected on the challenges teams face during difficult times, the importance of effective communication, and the role of leadership in maintaining cohesion and moving toward solutions.

AI for Productivity and Efficiency
On this occasion, the Pharma-Biotech Ventures Club held a special session dedicated to exploring the potential of Artificial Intelligence as tool productivity and learning. Club members shared the AI tools they use in their daily work, as well as practical examples of their application in areas such as study, research, content creation, data analysis, and work organization. The session provided an opportunity to exchange experiences, discover new tools, and reflect on how to use AI effectively to enhance our professional capabilities.

Ideas Forum
After several weeks of training, the teams presented the ideas and opportunities for innovation they had developed based on needs identified in the healthcare sector. The session provided an opportunity to share proposals, compare approaches, and receive feedback from peers and instructors, putting into internship covered throughout the program related to innovation, entrepreneurship, and value creation.

Miguel Ángel Ariño, a professor at IESE, approached decision-making from a internship critical perspective, emphasizing the importance of understanding reality, questioning assumptions, and learning to halt projects in time. Using examples such as the Bay of Pigs and the Cuban Missile Crisis, he demonstrated how learning from mistakes, fostering dissent within teams, and defining reversible decisions are key to making better decisions and avoiding the escalation of failed commitments.
