- Students who have not passed more than 24 ECTS credit in the first year will not be able to continue their programs of study at the School.
- As of the 26/27 academic year, 2nd year students who have not passed 54 ECTS credit between 1st and 2nd year (of which 45 ECTS credit must be from 1st year), will not be able to continue their programs of study at the School.
enrollment is done only once a year, and once formalized it is irrevocable. However, within 10 days of enrollment, students who allege a just and proportionate cause may make a change in their registration. After this period, any modification of the enrollment must be made by means of a written request, providing the reasons that recommend it. In the 2nd semester , a period for enrollment modifications will be opened, by means of written request to the School of Pharmacy and Nutrition, during the first week of January. After this period, it will be irrevocable.
In the enrollment of each academic year students must, first of all, include the subjects they have failed in previous years.
The enrollment must be formalized in a minimum of 40 credits and a maximum of 78.
Exceptions to enrollment:

Students of any course who have failed 15 ECTS credit or more, will have their enrollment limited to 60 ECTS credit.

Students with 2 or more subjects in 5th-6th convocation will have their enrollment limited to 54 ECTS credit

Degree in Pharmacy. Students who in 1st year have not passed more than 33 ECTS credit will not be able to enroll in the subject Biochemistry due to the high academic load of this subject.
The granting of grace calls (5th onwards) will be at the discretion of the School of Pharmacy and Nutrition and will be processed by written request.
Key subjects:

Degree in Pharmacy. Students who have not taken C Chemistry Fundamentals of Pharmacy" in 1st or 2nd convocation, will not be able to register for "OrganicChemistry I" or "OrganicChemistry II".

Degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics. Students who have not C subject "Physiopathology" in 1st or 2nd call, will not be able to register for the subject "Diet Therapy".
1. Students may sit a maximum of four assessment sessions (two sessions per academic year) in each subject.
2. Those who do not get a subject approve and need to request further convocations should do so by means of a reasonedwritten request . The board of Directors of the Center will evaluate the granting of the request.
3. Students may not waive the assessment period at their discretion.
Exceptionally, a waiver may be obtained for duly justified cause by means of written request addressed to Dean or Director of the Center one month before the start of the official examination period of the ordinary exams. In the case of the re-sit examination period, the written request must be submitted one week before the beginning of the exam period.
No waivers are granted for first-year courses.
Those who obtain Withdrawal of convocation in a subject will not be able to access the corresponding exam.
The waivers obtained only produce academic effects and, therefore, do not entail the total or partial cancellation of the enrollment, they only have effect on the call and the corresponding subject and consequently do not have economic effects.
4. Degree students who so request may be evaluated in the re-sit examination period even if they have passed the subject in the regular exam.
- To do so, they must apply for written request to be included in the certificate at least five days before the beginning of the examination period for that exam session.
- The final grade of the subject will be that of the re-sit examination period, even if it is a Fail or lower than the grade obtained in the regular exam.
- If the transcript is already complete and the student has applied for the degree scroll, he/she will no longer be able to sit for the re-sit examination period. At the same time, a student will not be able to apply for degree scroll if he/she is pending the re-sit examination period to upgrade his/her grade.
If a student finally decides not to sit the exam, he/she will have to apply for the exam via a new written request up to five days before the start of the exam period of re-sit examination period. If he/she does not apply at deadline and does not sit the exam, he/she will be listed as NP.
Students may consult the examination calendar.
1. In order to change the date of exams, the approval of the board of Directors is required at least one month before the two dates. The Course committee will collect the written agreement of all students scheduled for the exam and will forward the request for a change of date to the board of Directors.
2. In the event that a student has two final exams of two subjects on the same day, the professor of the subject of the lower course will give the student the option of changing the date if he/she requests it. This criterion does not apply when one of the subjects is compulsory or basic and the other is an elective subject for the student concerned. In such cases, it will always be up to the teacher of theelective subject to conduct another exam.
3. The board of Directors of a Center shall consider whether it is appropriate to hold partial examinations and whether they should be concentrated on certain dates.
4. student representing the University at an institutional activity (e.g. official sports competitions or university congresses) shall be entitled to take the examination on a date other than the scheduled date when it coincides with such activity.

1.4. Solidarity and cooperation activities, which are approved by the Office of the Executive Council or by the School.
2) The necessary application is submitted to the corresponding Center by means of a written request on the miUNAV portal . The credits obtained must be claimed at the Office of the Registrar. The amount of these credits is the same as the amount of the credits of the enrolled subjects.
3) UNAV recognitionrules and regulations
Students who are missing a maximum of 30 ECTS credit to finish the degree program may take an early special exam (in September or December) in which they must take an exam in all subjects. These students must come in one of the following two ways:
a) register at deadline agreement according to the calendar of enrollment; subsequently, register for the special end-of-year degree program
b) enrol at deadline established specifically for these students.
The graduation ceremony, besides having a festive meaning for the students and their families, is a public manifestation that the University of Navarra will grant, at the moment the student has fulfilled all the academic requirements, a university degree scroll .
The School of Pharmacy and Nutrition establishes the following requirements for a student to participate in academic graduation ceremonies:
Degree of Pharmacy

The minimum issue of ECTS credit passed must be 200.

Students must have passed all the ECTS credit OB and OP foreseen up to and including the third year.

Students must be enrolled in at least 15 ECTS credit of OB or OP subjects in the 5th year; Final Degree work or Tutored Internships will not be counted as OB.
Double Degree in Pharmacy and Nutrition

The minimum issue of ECTS credit required to graduate in Pharmacy must be 218.

Students must have passed all the ECTS credit OB foreseen up to and including the third year.

Students must be enrolled in at least 15 ECTS credit of OB or OP subjects in the 5th year; Final Degree work or Tutored Internships will not be counted as OB.
Degree of Nutrition

The minimum issue of ECTS credit passed must be 150.

Students must have passed all the ECTS credit OB and OP foreseen up to and including the second year.

Students must be enrolled in at least 15 ECTS credit of OB or OP subjects in the 4th year; Final Degree work or Tutored Internships will not be counted as OB.

In order to be able to enroll in the TFG subject , the student must have passed all the compulsory subjects from the 1st to the 4th year of the Degree in Pharmacy.

The student who has not passed any subject must make a written request to the Academic management requesting enrollment in the Final Degree work . For the resolution of the written request, the School will apply the following criteria:

Up to a maximum of 18 ECTS credit pending approve courses in the 4th year of the Degree in Pharmacy.

For all other situations that may arise, the student must make a written request to Academic management and the School will resolve it.

In order to enroll in the TFG subject , the student must have passed 150 ECTS credit if studying Nutrition or 270 ECTS credit if studying the Double Degree

In order to be able to enroll in the subject Tutored Internships, the student must have taken and passed all the compulsory subjects from the 1st to the 4th year.

The student who has not passed any subject must make a written request in Academic management . The School will apply the following criteria: to have pending approve up to a maximum of 18 ECTS credit of subjects taken in the 4th year.

Students with denied applications may, in some situations, be pending resolution depending on the academic results of the first semester of the academic year (December). In these cases, the following criteria will be applied: a maximum of 18 ECTS credit of subjects taken from 4th to 5th grade will be pending approve .

Students who have failed more than 9 compulsory ECTS credit will not be able to take the Supervised Study Abroad Program.

4th year Nutrition students

In order to be able to enroll in the subject Tutored Stays, it is mandatory to be enrolled in all 4th year subjects and to have passed all compulsory subjects up to and including the 3rd year.

Students who have failed a compulsory subject from the previous year may submit a written request in Academic management and the School will apply the following criteria: a maximum of 12 ECTS credit of subjects taken in 3rd NHD must be approve . All courses from previous years (1st and 2nd) must be passed. The resolution of the written request will be communicated individually to each student.

Students who have more than 9 ECTS credit of compulsory subjects of 3rd NHD without passing them will not be able to take the Study Abroad Program.
Students of 6º Double

The academic requirement that must be fulfilled in order to take the Tutored Internships of the Degree in Nutrition is to be enrolled in the entire 6th year and to have C compulsory subjects up to the first semester of that course.

Students who have a compulsory subject pending from the previous year (including the Degree in Pharmacy) or from the first semester of the 6th year may submit a written request and the School will apply the following criteria: a maximum of 12 ECTS credit of subjects from the 6th year or from the previous year (5th year) must be approve . If more than 9 compulsory ECTS credit have not been approved, it will not be possible to carry out the Study Abroad Program. The resolution of the written request will be communicated individually to each student.
