At the University of Navarra, the Study program of each Degree includes different types of subjects, which can be divided into two groups:

(a) Subjects specific to each Degree, which include both specific subjects (e.g. written and oral communication, documentation, etc.), as well as other subjects that deal directly with the assumptions and implications of discipline (e.g. "Psychology", etc.).

(b) Core Curriculum (CC), which is common to all Degrees and includes a series of compulsory general education subjects. Through these subjects, the teachings that the University of Navarra considers that all its students should acquire, irrespective of the Degree they study, are offered. The aim is to offer students training not only as professionals but also as people. The aim of Core Curriculum is to offer a humanist education, to foster a spirit of solidarity, and to develop the critical capacity to freely form one's own convictions.
