Alumni access
The alumni who have registered at graduate at the University of Navarra have access to the libraries and their equipment and can use the loan service and some of the electronic resources.
How to access the Library Services
In order to access the University libraries in person, it is necessary to previously fill out the ID card form at the Alumni office, completing this form and sending it with a photocopy of apply for and a color photograph.form and sending a photocopy of National Identity Card and a color photograph of ID card .
The renewal of the ID card will be done annually and must be fill in this formand accompany it with a scanned copy of the National Identity Card in color.
For external access to electronic resources, apply for credentials are available at alumni@unav.es.
Information on the functioning of the Library Services
On their first visit they can apply for information on how Library Services works at the counter.
To use the computers at Library Services and to access the Library Services account (enquiry for loans), ask at the counter for management of your password.
Loan
Up to 30 copies can be taken at loan for 20 days. Books will be automatically renewed for up to 120 days and audiovisuals for up to 30 days, as long as they have not been reserved by another Username.
Electronic resources
The alumni that have graduate at the university have access from outside campus to:
SAGE Journals provides access to more than 600 titles published by publishing house SAGE. It includes journals in subjects such as Economics, Humanities, social sciences, technology and medicine.
ScienceDirect provides access to nearly 2,000 online journals and 1,000 online books published by publishing house Elsevier across all disciplines, with a focus on the sciences.
eBook is a platform multidisciplinary that contains more than 63,000 books in electronic format.
UnikaUnika, allows you to search together the physical and electronic collection of the Library Services, instructions of data, journal portals and the institutional archive Dadun. It provides access to millions of full-text articles, although in some cases access will be limited due to agreements with publishers. Loans and requests can be viewed from My Account.
From the campus you can consult the rest of the electronic resources from the computers in each of the libraries, as long as the licence of resource allows it.
