Access for agreements
The Library Services of the University of Navarra has signed an agreement with the following institutions which allows its members access to their equipment and collections and use of their services agreement with the following institutions allowing its members access to their equipment and collections and the use of their services:

Pablo Sarasate Professional Conservatory, Higher Conservatory of Music of Navarre and City of Music.

Diocese of Pamplona.

high school of research Sanitaria de Navarra (IdiSNA).

high school Official Medical Association of Navarre (COMNA).

Clinical Associate Professors.
How to access libraries
To access the libraries it is necessary to obtain a card from the University. Those wishing to apply for one should send the following documents to submit at the Library Services desk or by email to Library Services @unav.es:

Completed data personal form.

Photocopy of National Identity Card / passport / NIE (Foreign Resident Identification Number, Spain) in colour.

Colour passport photograph.

card of membership, in the case of members of the high school Oficial de Médicos de Navarra.

In addition, the forms of the agreement Ciudad de la Música must be signed by a manager of the Coordination Department of the Ciudad de la Música.
Information on the functioning of the Library Services
On their first visit they can apply for information on how Library Services works at the counter.
Access to the electronic resources of the Library Services is not provided from outside the campus (instructions of data, journals and electronic books). For the enquiry of the electronic resources from inside campus, it is necessary to access from the computers enabled in each of the libraries, as long as the licence of resource allows it.
Loan
Up to 30 copies can be taken at loan for 20 days. Books will be automatically renewed for up to 120 days and audiovisuals for up to 30 days, as long as they have not been reserved by another Username.
