University of Navarra professors, students and staff apply for can purchase books and journals to be added to the collection at Library Services.

Teachers and researchers

Teachers and researchers can apply for for the purchase of new titles by emailing adqui@unav.es.

The department Procurement will contact applicant if further information is required.

The recommended bibliography of the subjects will be requested through the ADI Virtual classroom .

Books may only be purchased directly in exceptional cases: when they are out of print or difficult to find, or when the price conditions are particularly favourable. The purchaser of the book must go to the department de Adquisiciones of the Library Services Central with the book and the invoice, which will be stamped in order to receive the credit at the administrative office of his School. 

Students

Students can suggest the purchase of new titles or additional copies by emailing adqui@unav.es.

Suggestions will be considered for possible acquisition.

Subscription to magazines and instructions of data

For apply for to subscribe to a journal or database, please contact contact with your subject librarian at area. The Library Services will assess the application.

Single issues or single articles of journals are not purchased and can be requested through loan interlibrary.
