The department or centre inviting the visiting professor or researcher will send the following scanned documentation to gespacios@unav.es:

• Completedpersonal data form, signed by the visitor and by Director of the Service or General Manager of the Centre and stamped department.
• Photocopy of National Identity Card / passport / NIE (Foreign Resident Identification Number, Spain) in colour.
• Colour passport photograph.

If you already have a membership card for a previous visit and you wish to access Library Services again, the teacher who invited you should send the renewal to apply for at the same e-mail address(gespacios@unav.es), with a copy to Director of the Service or to General Manager of the Centre, and notify the Library Services to update the data in its register of Username (Library Services@unav.es).

The department will also ask IT Services for the credentials and passwords for access to the electronic services, by means of this form.

The inviting department or center should send a scanned photocopy of the National Identity Card / passport / NIE (Foreign Resident Identification Number) in color to the e-mail gespacios@unav.es.

On the same day it will be possible to pick up at the Information desk a card that allows:

• access to Library Services,
• the realization of self-loans,
• the application of materials from the warehouse.

This card will be returned at the same desk at the end of your stay.

For the use of computers and access to electronic resources you must apply for temporary credentials at the Information desk of the libraries. For the use of laptops and personal devices you can use the UNAV-GUEST guest wifi.

The enquiry of the electronic resources will be carried out from the computers enabled in each of the libraries, as long as the licence of resource allows it.
