Request for documents

Most of the documents can be taken directly from the shelf for loan, but there are some that must be requested through the option Obtain/apply for from UniKa.

These documents are those in deposit (such as some books and magazines, press prior to the current fortnight, music and special materials) and documents from other centers (loan intercenters).

Students of Degree should apply for the documents that can be found at conference room of research of the Library Services Central.

How to make a petition

1. Locate the document in Unika and click on Get/apply for.
2. Indicate the Library Services where you want to collect the document. In the case of works in volumes or publications, you can provide specific information about the volume, issue and/or pages.
3. Confirm the request by clicking on the Send button application.

Petitions for visitors of less than 15 days

If you are a visitor of less than 15 days, you must apply for at the counters a temporary card to be able to use the services of the Library Services.

Shipping times

• Library Services Central: Monday to Friday, from 8:30 to 19:30 h. (service every 30 minutes). Saturday from 8:30 to 13:30 h. (service every hour). Books should be sent to apply for 15 minutes beforehand.

• Science LibraryMonday to Friday, from 9:00 to 13:30 and from 16:00 to 18:00. Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. 

• Architecture service point: Monday to Friday, from 8 to 10:30 am.

This schedule will vary at Christmas, Easter and summer.

Museum of the University of Navarra

For apply for a book from the Museum of the University of Navarra:

• Send the application to the e-mail address coleccionmuseo@unav.es. The reply will indicate the day on which the book is to be collected.
• loan and return at the reception desk of the University of Navarra Museum.
