From October 15 to 19, the students of the 3rd year of Degree in design of Services made an academic stay in Milan, where they visited several companies specialized in design of services.

Student Alexia Iraizoz details the experience:

"We made visits to companies specialized in Service Design such as Sketchin and Publicis Sapient, where we had the opportunity to explore how to apply our knowledge in the future. We also participated in a workshop on Fast Prototyping led by Fabrizio Pierandrei, and visited the campus of the Politecnico di Milanowhere we were offered a guided tour of the specialized design workshops at visit .

As for the exhibitions, we attended several, highlighting the visit al ADI Museumwhere the aforementioned workshop took place; and Off Campus Nolowhere we presented the process of our current projects to receive a general review. In addition, we visited the Fundazione Vico Magistretti and BASE Milano, along with the Mudec museum.

Without a doubt, the highlights of the trip were the presentations by Sketchin and Publicis Sapient. These companies showed us concrete examples of how the tools we are learning at the University are applied in the real world, giving us valuable insight into the relevance and impact of our programs of study".
