People for the present and the future
The University forms people and, at the same time, builds itself from them. In the current context of the talent crisis, we plan the university of the future with the vocation of attracting professors, researchers, professionals and students who contribute to strengthening an environment of learning and innovation that characterizes the university experience.
We also intend to deepen oureducational model in order to offer society highly competent professionals, committed to the common good and guided by solid ethical principles.
Attracting academic talent
Within the framework of the initiatives to attract talent in Degree and doctorate programs of study , Strategy 25/30 aims to advance along two lines:
ALUMNI SCHOLARSHIPS
Expand the Alumni Scholarships program with the goal of increasing from 5% to 10% of Degree students who enjoy this scholarship, as well as the possibility of receiving aid for their postgraduate program programs of study .
GRANTS FOR DOCTORAL STUDENTS
To redesign doctorate grants in order to promote the training of young researchers and future academics, and to significantly increase their issue, bearing in mind the international dimension that characterizes the University.
Enriching the educational proposal
The University's educational proposal combines the highest possible professional qualifications with a humanistic vision based on reflection, critical thinking and the search for truth. Thiseducational model includes characteristic features such as innovativeteaching , face-to-face attendance, the internationalization or the personalization of learning through mentoring, aiming at the integral training of the student in all its dimensions.
In the coming years, we intend to systematize and enrich this educational proposal , integrating staff growth, physical and emotional well-being, social impact and volunteer activities, as well as professional development activities into academic life.
