The fundamental goal of the School of Medicine of the University of Navarra is to train doctors:

With adequate clinical knowledge and skills to diagnose, treat and prevent the most prevalent diseases and to embark on specialised training.

Endowed with a deep respect for human rights and in particular for the dignity of the sick person and his or her family, and a pro-life culture.

With scientific interest and the ability to function in international environments, enabling them to participate in translational research in the field of biomedicine.

With honesty, responsibility, a spirit of solidarity and service, able to establish good interpersonal communication and to work as part of a team.

To achieve this, the School of Medicine at the University of Navarra offers a wide-ranging training that has as goal toaccompany our students so that they can practise their profession anywhere in the world and wherever they wish. For this reason, many of the graduates of the University of Navarra, who have obtained level 3 of the framework Spanish Qualifications for Higher Education (MECES Master's level), choose to study at specialization program in various countries around the world.

specialization program Graduates who want to practice medicine in Spain must first pass the spanish medical residency program (Médico Interno Residente) exam. According to reports from the Ministry of Health, according to the results of the spanish medical residency program, our School of Medicine is on the "group strong" of the Spanish Schools . Likewise, among the centres for the specialization program in our country is the Clínica Universidad de Navarra C which offers 32 different specialities at Departments and services accredited by the National Specialities Commission, for which it is required to have taken the spanish medical residency program exam.

But beyond Spain, and with more than 12,000 doctors having graduated from the University of Navarra, the #MedUNAV international network continues to grow every year. Our graduates develop their medical careers, in addition to Spain, in France, Germany, Belgium, Italy, United Kingdom, United States, Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Argentina or Singapore, among others; countries in which our graduates have already demonstrated a very high level of qualification, both in the entrance exams and in medical practice.

The global impact of MedUNAV translates into many generations of doctors working all over the world, practising their profession with a vocation of service to patients, as can be seen below.
