In the 40th edition of the Encuentros de Arte Joven, organized by the Instituto Navarro de la Juventud, the 10 most outstanding projects among the 40 presented were awarded.
The jury highlighted 'Planta 0', the proposal of design by Carmen Parrado Gil, a former student of the Escuela Técnica Superior de Arqutiectura, for "its reflection on a latent social problem, making it visible and generating a discussion with the different agents involved".
