rules and regulations of loan of equipment

In order to improve the management of recording equipment for the practical subjects of the 3 Degrees of Fcom, some rules are established.

The equipment and locations (editing rooms and sets) are reserved for those subjects whose practices require the compulsory use of them.

Reservations within subjects should be made by email to reservasfcomunav@gmail.com specifying:

  • subject

  • Date and time of collection and return

  • Necessary equipment

Only equipment that has been reserved 24 hours in advance will be delivered. No changes can be made to reservation at the time of submission.

It is essential that student ensures that it has received a reply that the equipment has been booked.

The schedule of submission and return is from 8:30 to 9:00, from 13:45 to 14:00 and from 19:30 to 20:00.

Both in deliveries and returns, students must check that the equipment is in perfect condition. Once the equipment has left storeroom the students will be responsible for it.

This rules and regulations also applies to the use of the set and editing rooms.

protocol hygiene:

  • The equipment shall be delivered perfectly sanitised.

  • Access to storeroom is restricted to students. Only the internal staff can access.

  • Maintain safe distances when picking up material.
