rules and regulations of loan of equipment

In order to improve the management of recording equipment for the practical subjects of the 3 Degrees of Fcom, some rules are established.

The equipment is reserved for those subjects whose practices require the mandatory use of the same.

- Reservations can be made by e-mail at reservasfcomunav@gmail.com.

- The reservation should be apply for 48 hours in advance.

- The schedule is open from 09:00 to 17:00.

- Any request for reservation outside the mail indicated for this purpose will be ignored.

- The form of reservation involves indicating in the subject: NAME OF THE subject. And in the body of the email (project) + group + NAME OF PERSON manager.

- Reservations must be made by the producers or managers of each group.

*FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE RULES MAY RESULT IN RESERVATIONS BEING LEFT UNATTENDED.
