reservation of set

Reservations for the set will be made through the email fgilsanchez@unav.es and bantonana@unav.es and will be supervised by professors Fermín Gil and Beñat Antoñana.

For a correct operation of the facilities, the rules for the use of the space are established below:

- After each internship or visit, the set should be left available for the next activity. The collection and tidying up of the set must not exceed the time agreed for that internship or be postponed for another day. The teachers in charge of the practices will be responsible.

- The set is reserved for practices and subjects that have previously requested it. This implies the preference of use and the attention of the two supervising technical teachers. All extra activities on set must be accepted and supervised by Fermín Gil.

- The set will not be used without the supervision or permission (prior written confirmation) of Fermín Gil.

- The light table and technical equipment of the set (cameras, light fixtures, modules, truss...) will be used by the teachers or students performing the technical positions with prior authorization of their teacher.

- Drinking and/or eating on the set is prohibited .
