reservation and editing room rules and regulations

• Rooms are reserved through WebUntis (Web and QR on the doors).

• They are reserved for students using the computers in the rooms. Anyone who is not using the computers in the rooms for editing may be expelled. 

• Individual rooms for 5 people. 

• conference room 2040 double. If you did not get a reservation, you can enter to use that second computer if it is free, but in no case exceeding 8 people in this conference room. 

• Eating/drinking is prohibited in the editing rooms.

• It is forbidden to remove or move furniture/devices from the rooms.

• Students must bring their own headphones (except for 2030).

• It must be edited on own hard disks (Preferences>media cache>Examine...>devices and drives>external hard disk). System formatting will be performed. 

• Technical problems (account access, computer crash...) should be reported to IT Services via a ticket.

• The technical/narrative advice with the editing programs corresponds to the professors tutoring the internship being worked on. For urgent cases, please contact professors Beñat Antoñana or Fermín Gil.
