In this chapter, we travel back to the 19th century. To the misty landscapes of the Thames. To the fiery skies of English painting. The reason? To celebrate an artist who changed the way we see nature and art: Joseph Mallord William Turner.

This groundbreaking painter was born in London 250 years ago. A lover of storms, the sea, fog, and changing light, Turner was a revolutionary landscape artist. A precursor of modernity, he inspired generations of artists, from the Impressionists to today's filmmakers.

We discussed his bequest Professor Javier Azanza, Full Professor Art History at the School Philosophy Letters at the University of Navarra.
