Decision Making, Motivation, Leadership and Conflict Resolution
Continuous training
The professional competencies of a nurse cover a multitude of areas, and acquiring them is essential to be able to work on a daily basis. From the School, we propose two courses of training in which we will deal with these competences through the case method.
The case method (or learning by doing) is the main methodology used by IESE Business School, the No. 1 business school in the world, in which the student is the one who mainly contributes his ideas in action-oriented classes, allowing decisions to be made in a safe environment with the company of a professional.
These courses will be given in person at campus of the University of Navarra in Madrid.
Javier Reguart
Professor Reguart is an architect and mathematician who has completed his training in business management at the IESE Business School of the University of Navarra (MBA) and Harvard Business School (PhD).
