The academic year 2023-2024 starts on September 4, 2023 and ends on August 31, 2024. 

The school term for the teachings of Degree runs from September 4, 2023 to June 29, 2024. 

• First semester: From September 4 to December 1, inclusive. 

• Exams 1st semester: From 5 to 21 December, both inclusive. 

• Second semester: From January 9 to April 26, both inclusive. 

• Exams 2nd semester: From April 29th to May 18th, both inclusive. 

• re-sit examination period Examination period: from June 7 to June 29, 2024, both inclusive.

With the prior authorisation of Office of the Executive Council, some degrees, due to their peculiarities, may change these dates.

Within the school term, these are holidays for pupils in mainstream education: 

• Christmas: from December 22 to January 5, inclusive. 

• Holy Week and Easter: Monday, March 25 to Saturday, April 6, inclusive.

The following are public holidays during the regular school term:

• October 12 - Nª Sra. del Pilar (Thursday).

• November 1 - All Saints' Day (Wednesday).

• November 29 - San Saturnino (Wednesday).

• December 3 - St. Francis Xavier (moved to Monday, December 4).

• December 6 - Constitution Day (Wednesday).

• December 8 - Immaculate Conception (Friday).

• January 28 - St. Thomas Aquinas (Sunday).

• March 19 - St. Joseph (Tuesday).

• May 1 - Feast of the work (Wednesday).

• June 26 - St. Josemaría Escrivá (Wednesday).

The non-teaching period, coinciding with the summer vacation of students in regular classes, runs from July 1 to August 31, 2024, inclusive.

School Nursing: 17 November, St. Elizabeth of Hungary.

Other university activities shall be carried out without being subject to the regular academic term: postgraduate program courses, curricular and non-curricular internships, research, short courses, special courses, advanced training programmes, summer courses, etc.
